FUNCTIONS MAIN

• Technical and scientific responsibility for the biobank.
• Definition, review and continuous improvement of technical procedures and criteria.
• Scientific evaluation of the use, conservation, and traceability of biological samples.
• Technical liaison in audits, inspections and regulatory contexts.
• Integration of the biobank into the activities of the clinical laboratory and EURL.
• Expert advice on technical decisions related to biological samples and collections.
• Dealing with customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum experience of 5 years in biobanks, experience in biomedicine and/or biomedical research in highly regulated environments, with demonstrable technical responsibility.
• University degree in biology, biochemistry, or biotechnology or, very particularly, in pharmacy. Specialisation in microbiology, virology, parasitology or immunohematology.
• Demonstrable experience in biobanks, research biomedical and environments highly regulated.
• Ability to exercise sound technical judgement and make informed decisions in a changing environment and as part of a team.
• Experience in documentation scientific and regulatory.
• Professional English is required, both spoken and written. Other languages will be considered, particularly French or German.
• Experience in European projects will be valued.
